Senior Flagperson / Trainer

Are you interested in training other Flaggers / Traffic Controllers to do their job safely and professionally? We are currently seeking experienced Trainers for Flaggers / Traffic Controllers for the upcoming busy season! You will play a crucial role in educating the importance of safely directing the movement of traffic, setting up and maintaining traffic control devices, and ensuring compliance with all relevant protocols.

Responsibilities :

• Instruct how to direct and control the flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the worksite.
• Provide detailed instructions on how to monitor and respond to changing traffic conditions to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
• Assist with set up, maintain, and adjust traffic control devices such as signs, cones, and barriers.
• Communicate effectively with students and provide clear instructions and information in accordance with provincial laws.
• Maintain detailed records of traffic incidents and control measures.
• Adhere to all applicable safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements :
