Responsibilities
Continuously develop our inventory dashboard to communicate daily, weekly, or monthly progress with leadership.Oversee daily and monthly inventory reconciliations between internal systems (D365, data warehouse) and external sources.Support monthly shrink reserve preparation and investigate inventory variances, aged in‑transit discrepancies, and cost anomalies in collaboration with Finance.Coordinate and execute physical inventory counts, reconcile results with teams, validate and post adjustments, and summarize findings for business leaders and Regional Managers.Prepare and review inventory reports to support data‑driven decisions, monitor inventory‑related transactions across all channels and contribute to forecasts and budgets.Liaise with A / P, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Finance to resolve inventory exceptions, unmatched invoices, GRNI issues, and support external audits and special projects.Promote best practices across Store and DC Inventory Control processes; mentor retail teams, enhance compliance, and support operational changes for inventory movements, shipping / receiving, returns, and special inventory programs.Qualifications
3‑5 years of retail or relevant experience.D365 Finance & Operations systems knowledge required.Strong analytical and business process skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills required.Independent, self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced and changing environment.Seniority Level
