As a Brightview Wealth ManagementFinancial Service Representative you will join the Toronto officeto implement sales and marketing strategies to help grow theclientele base.

Your core responsibility is to generate leadsthrough building personal and professional relationships. You willwork alongside other advisors issuers and the sales team to reachand exceed sales objectives.

In this role you will alsodevelop / consolidate your professional network to achievetargets.

Successful Financial ServiceRepresentatives will have the opportunity to grow their careerwithin the organization or affiliate partners.

Requirements

Musthave

  • Abilityto analyze data and being able to provide suitable databasedrecommendations
  • Excellent communicationpresentation and negotiation skills
  • Outstandingcomputer knowledge and capability to operate databasesystems
  • Attention to detail accuracy andability to explain complex detailsclearly
  • Demonstrated passion for puttingclients first as well as success in handson targetdriven solutionsenvironment
  • Drive and selfmotivation as wellas excellent communication skills and emotional intelligenceDigital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.

  • Personal flexibility towork flex hours
  • Eagerness to learn anddetermination to succeed Confidence and ability to learn financialconcepts and willingness to obtain the Investment Funds in Canadaor the Canadian SecuritiesCourse

Nicetohave

  • Trackrecord in building rapport and maintaining client relationshipswithin the financial service or retailindustry
  • Background in financial services saleor retail sales marketing investments and / or businessdevelopment
  • Mutual Funds / Insuranceaccreditation

Responsibilities

Asa Brightview Ambassador you will put clients first and findsolutions to their individual needs. You will champion theBrightview brand and drive business by supporting new clientacquisition and deepening existing relationships.

Yourdaytoday Responsiblitiesinclude :

  • Proactively engage withclients in the branch and deliver an outstanding service experiencethrough completing transactions and by identifying opportunitiesfor advice solutions digital enablement and partnerintroductions
  • Focus on education anddemonstration leverage technology to deliver a memorable clientexperience drive solutions and retain business
  • Contribute to team results by listening andspotting opportunities to offer additional advice introduce clientsto the capability of BV partners or personally fulfil clientsolutions
  • Proactively take ownership ofresolving and preventing clients problems providing leadership tothe team as a first point of contact.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships withpartners to work as one team
  • Manage risks byadhering to compliance routines processes and controls to protectclient and shareholder interests while completingtransactions
