This is a remote position.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and goals
- Develop personalized coaching programs tailored to each client's unique situation
- Utilize coaching frameworks and techniques to facilitate self-discovery and goal setting
- Empower clients to develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving success
- Provide ongoing support and encouragement throughout the coaching journey
- Track client progress and measure the effectiveness of coaching interventions
- Maintain a professional and ethical coaching practice
Requirements
- Life Coach certification from a reputable accredited institution (preferred)
- Strong understanding of life coaching principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Positive and encouraging attitude
- Capacity for independent work and self-motivation
