Penske Logistics is looking for a Dock Assistant to become part of an excellent team in Acton Vale. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Creating labels from commercial invoices
• Create and maintain files
• Collect and track data and produce reports
• Perform basic audits
• Answer the phone and respond to operational inquiries
• Answer general questions in a professional and courteous manner
• Order, receive, and stock office supplies
• Provide secretarial support as needed

Qualifications

This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
