Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm

Job Responsibilities
- Creating labels from commercial invoices
- Create and maintain files
- Collect and track data and produce reports
- Perform basic audits
- Answer the phone and respond to operational inquiries
- Answer general questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Order, receive, and stock office supplies
- Provide secretarial support as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredWarehouse experience highly preferredProficient reading skills and ability to follow directions requiredProficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP preferredAbility to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills requiredFlexible to work overtime preferredAbility to work in non-climate-controlled conditions requiredRegular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the jobWillingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location requiredComplete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history)This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
