YOUR ROLE :

As a paralegal, you will provide invaluable support to the team specialized in mortgage collection.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Preparing various documents, letters, forms and notes specific to financial services;
• Prepare standard litigation procedures relating to insolvency, banking law and hypothecary recourses;
• Manage the administrative aspect of external customer collection files;
• Carry out rigorous administrative follow-up of files;
• Plan meetings and organize travel as required;
• Prepare and maintain customer files (correspondence, supporting documents, etc.).

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• DVS in secretarial studies with legal specialisation or DCS Paralegal Technology, or any other relevant training / experience will be considered;
• Experience as a mortgage collection paralegal;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
• Good interpersonal skills
