Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Data Entry Clerk to help manage and organize extensive records and documents. This is a hands-on role that requires physical activity and attention to detail.
You will be working on-site, independently.
Duration : 1-2 months
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Location : On-site
Key Responsibilities :
- Document Sorting : Organize and categorize records and documents stored in the basement and office.
- Lifting and Moving Boxes : Transport medium-sized boxes (not very heavy) from the basement to upstairs as needed.
- Scanning Documents : Scan important documents as required and ensure digital copies are accurately filed.
- Data Entry : Input data accurately into systems.
- Creating Lists : Compile and maintain lists of sorted documents and boxes.
- Physical Tasks : Perform other physical tasks related to document management.
Requirements :
- Ability to lift and move medium-sized boxes (weight is manageable).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently on-site.
- Available to start immediately.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
