Job description

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of reliability, an impeccable attendance record, excellent reading comprehension with warehouse experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, pick, label and store)
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

    Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies

    Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

    Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and hygiene

    regulations

    Follow all workplace health & safety policies and regulations

    Qualifications

    Steel-toed boots

    Proven working experience as a warehouse worker

    Team player with organizational skills

    Able to multi-task in a timely manner

    Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

    Familiar with RF scanning technology

    Good organizational and time management skills

    Excellent housekeeping practices

    Ability to lift heavy objects of 50 lbs or more

    Hand pallet jack knowledge an asset

    High school diploma or equivalent
