Salary : Up to $80K (depending on experience)

Schedule : On-site, Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm)

Our client, a renowned institution in the education sector located in the West Island of Montreal, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team.

We would love to meet you :

  • Bilingual to communicate with suppliers outside Quebec
  • At least 5 years' experience in maintenance management within property, education, or relevant sectors
  • Proficiency in general mechanical building equipment
  • Respectful, organized, communicative, and helpful, consistently ready to engage and contribute effectively

    • Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager :

  • Prepare and manage the annual budget for facility maintenance
  • Perform daily inspections to identify repair or maintenance needs
  • Receive and process service / maintenance requests from employees
  • Supervise the daily activities of the maintenance staff
  • Manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure high standards
  • Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  • Manage health and safety inspections, including fire protection and ventilation systems
