5 years’ experience in defect management, logging, tracking and resolution during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing phases and using defect management tool(s)
5 years’ experience with process map / models development, specifications, diagrams and charts to clarify and validate processes with the business and guide development and implementation teams
5 years’ experience with risk management, issues management and change management.
3 years’ experience with SAP ERP implementation
5 years’ demonstrated experience in Procurement, Supply Chain and OTC
