Responsibilities :
- Estimate project costs and prepare detailed project proposals.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify project requirements and potential risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing.
Skills and Experience :
- Estimation Expertise : Demonstrated experience in estimating ICI and / or high-rise residential projects, from initiation to completion.
- Leadership : A proven track record of leading estimation efforts effectively, ensuring accurate project cost assessments.
- Communication : Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades to drive project success.
- Experience : Minimum of 10+ years in an estimation role within the construction industry, ideally with a Developer or General Contractor / Construction Manager.
- Education : Post-secondary degree / diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
