Nox Medical is at the forefront of sleep diagnostic solutions, and we are seeking a dedicated Product Training Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering in-depth training on our innovative sleep diagnostic products to healthcare providers and internal teams.

Your expertise will ensure that users are fully equipped to utilize our products effectively, enhancing patient care and satisfaction.

You will develop and implement training programs, create educational materials, and conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions.

As a Product Training Specialist, your goal will be to provide the highest level of understanding and support for our products, ultimately contributing to the overall success of Nox Medical.

Responsibilities :

  • This position will span training, content development, evaluation, continuous improvement, and delivery of training scenarios for customers.
  • Responsible for training customers virtually and / or at customer sleep labs on the proper clinical use of the Nox T3s, A1s (ambulatory and in-lab) and Noxturnal software.
  • Performing the initial setup of Nox devices will be an important part of the training role.
  • May include setting up the Nox equipment network and interfacing with customers' computers and internal servers. And interfacing ancillary devices such as, but not limited to, digital video cameras, BiPAPs, end tidal CO2 monitors, and the DC devices will also be a routine part of training.
  • Following a formal training syllabus and filling out post-training notes will be key components to successful training sessions.
  • Preparing demo presentations for new customers in order to explain how the Nox products can help them.
  • Calling on current partners and customers for sales follow-ups, such as during new product launches, after training is complete or for any customer complaints.
  • Serving as a product expert for any customer-service issues and providing customer support.
  • Manage interactions between customers and the product team.
  • Development of new training materials for the use of the Nox Medical products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as e-mails, blogs, articles and infographics, that explain the benefits of the company's products to partners and customers.
  • Assist with company messaging to clearly and effectively explain a company's products to customers or potential partners.
  • Developing user guides, knowledge base or manuals that outline best practices for using Nox products.
  • Formulating solutions to long-term problems with the product lifecycle and short-term problems with a specific customer or product.

Requirements

Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) preferred or other allied health certification with experience working in a sleep laboratory.

Additional clinical credentials are a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Have at least 5 years working in a sleep lab, both days and nights.
  • Training / teaching experience

  • Having worked with the Nox T3s, Nox A1s systems or Noxturnal software is ideal.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including good customer presence
  • Ability to generate professional written and visual content

  • Ability to think creatively and identify, implement, and execute innovative solutions
  • A drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and organizational skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Have the ability to work well with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds, both with customers and co-workers.
  • Have the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • On occasion international travel may be required.
  • Knowledge and experience working for or with smaller, rapidly growing companies and understand the unique challenges of this environment.
  • French and English bilingual is preferred.
