Drake International is assisting our client who are looking for a certified GAS TECH 2About the Role : The Selected candidate will already have his Gas Tech 2 license.

MUST BE WETT CERTIFIED The Role : To install Propane and Nat gas Fireplaces, stoves, ranges, lines, BBq boxes and if experienced enough Boilers, On demand HW and Furnaces.

Working at heights, use of ladders and getting on and off roofs is a daily possibility so the applicant must be comfortable with heights.

The Lead will have the support of an apprentice which is already on staff and working towards their own Gas Tech 2 ticket.

Responsibilities : - Be prepared for the day by reviewing the job docket. - Have their own set of hand tools (drill, level, tape measure.

• etc) - Ensure safety protocols are in place at all times - Must be able to Lift heavy loads in unison with the support (usually only for short times to get the unit into place) and then the installation works from the unit up.
• Present a positive appearance as you will be representing the company and be working within customers domain. - clean drivers abstract as you will be driving company vehicles.

Skills : - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Able to Follow direction and forecast what the next steps of install are to begin prep.

• Flexible in their schedule and their mindset...some days run into the evening depending on scope of work and travel time etc.
• the job must get completed so being "okay" for the seasonal demands of the job is critical. Positive and results driven attitude is key.
