Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative at our Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre. The role involves delivering best‑in‑class service to customers, both internally and externally.

What You Will Do

• Deliver best‑in‑class service to our customers
• Perform counter procedures including answering phones, placing orders, logging in tools, completing inventory counts, and assisting walk‑in customer traffic
• Maintain monetary transactions, record maintenance, and assist with inventories as required
• Prioritize in‑branch repairs
• Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements
• Showroom merchandising and stock replenishment
• Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge
