Responsibilities

• Working with other Systems Engineering team members and with multi‑discipline project staff on the delivery of key Systems Engineering processes and practices within MM’s North American practices.
• Lead the Systems Engineering elements of proposals and projects within Mott MacDonald Canada, including system architecting, requirements development, use cases, configuration management, and Verification / Validation.
• Produce systems engineering plans and approaches tailored to client requirements.
• Develop system architecture definitions of complex systems.
• Support system integration activities on complex projects.
• Support RAMS analyses and system safety assurance (safety certification) activities.
• Support of construction activities from the office and in the field.
• Apply configuration management practices throughout the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Assist in the commissioning and setting to work of Rail Control systems.
• Interaction with, and direct support to colleagues across Mott MacDonald.
• Work with key delivery partners and service providers for projects.
• Engage with end clients as and when necessary.

In compliance with the B.C. Pay Transparency Act, the expected salary range is from $92,000 - $117,000. Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.
