Responsibilities

• Assists manager with the efficient operation of the customer service departments daily operations. This is including : product returns, merchandising, pick‑ups, potential Quality Control, Claims, inventory control and office operations.
• Supports manager with all financial and operational metrics for each area are defined and met on a monthly basis
• Drive improvements through employee training and development, performance management, strategic planning, design of task and conceptual thinking regarding best practices
• Align the goals and objectives of the department with that of the company; financial, service, cost reduction, maintaining efficiency and inventory management.
• Establish a culture of high motivation, teamwork, good performance and compliance through periodic review
• Assist with various inventory control duties including cycle count and inventory shrink / write off discrepancy research
