Located in the Greater Vancouver area, it reports directly to the Lead Administrator and provides critical administrative support to the BC Hydro contract by executing day‑to‑day operational tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain contract documentation and records in alignment with company and client standards.
- Manage and track work orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and client reports, pulling data from JD Edwards and Microsoft Office tools.
- Assist in maintaining the equipment list and preventive maintenance (PM) schedule in JDE.
- Monitor and process incoming work orders for maintenance projects; maintain shared mailboxes.
- Support document control and filing processes to maintain accessibility and compliance.
- Coordinate purchase orders and invoices in collaboration with procurement and accounts departments.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide general office support, including scheduling, communications, and training documentation updates.
- Assist with document preparation, meeting coordination, and responding to inquiries.
- Offer backup coverage for fellow administrators when required.
