Junior Civil Litigation Lawyer

Highly-rated law firm is looking to add a stellar junior civil litigation lawyer to their growing team!

Desired Background :

• 2-4 years of construction litigation experience experience required
• Licensed to practice in Alberta
• Areas of practice include commercial or civil litigation including construction defense, breach of contract, insurance defense, premises and product liability, tort, class actions or labor / employment
• Experience with discovery, motions, leading depositions, and pleadings
• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
