Job description

Drivers Required – Permanent - Class 3 / Class 1 / Class 5 with Air - Garbage Truck Drivers required at Saanichton, Victoria, Penticton, Duncan, Parksville, Campbell River, BC.

Our client is a leader in non-hazardous solid waste management in North America, providing solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services. Successful candidates will be trained on the operation of all systems within their district (Front load / Roll off / Side load and Crane truck) to cover wherever needed.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Drive to customer locations for pickup, position truck safely to ensure a safe lift

Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service

Dump contents at designated recycling facility or landfill

Pre-trip / Post-trip inspection

Requirements :

Min 3 years commercial driving experience with clean abstract

Roll-Off and / or Front-End Loader experience preferred

Class 3 or higher driver’s license

Knowledge of the area a strong asset
