Role : Cashier / Sales Associate
Shift : Afternoon shift (anytime in the evening). Also, 1 weekend on 2.
Location : Dorval, QC
We are looking for a bilingual cashier! Do you like interacting with international travelers? If yes, we would want to speak with you.
Tasks :
- Process transactions on the cash register and ensure that the transaction is applied to the right flight.
- Handle all currencies and payment methods and be aware of counterfeit money and stolen credit cards.
- Ensure customers receive all the information and assistance they are entitled to.
- Conduct cross-selling and provide support in shelf stocking.
- Perform any other related tasks, when needed, to support the operations and the supervisory staff.
- Ensure the rotation of all products and that all merchandise is correctly priced and ticketed.
- Ensure that the exposition area (display units, tools, and testers) and the products are fully stocked and presentable.
Requirements :
- 1+ year of experience in a related field.
- Customer service oriented.
- Capacity to lift boxes.
- Professional attitudes and behavior such as : teamwork, autonomy, dynamism, honesty, versatility, precision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Quart de soir. Avec 1 fin de semaine sur 2 en rotation

Tâches
- Traiter les transactions à la caisse enregistreuse et s’assurer que la transaction est appliquée au bon vol.
- Manipuler toutes les devises et tous les modes de paiement et faire attention aux faux billets et aux cartes de crédit volées.
- Assurer que les clients reçoivent toutes les informations et l’assistance auxquelles ils ont droit.
- Effectuer des ventes croisées et apporter son soutien à la mise en rayon.
- Assurer la rotation de tous les produits et veiller à ce que toutes les marchandises soient correctement tarifées et étiquetées.
- Assurer que la zone d’exposition (présentoirs, outils et testeurs) et les produits sont entièrement stockés et présentables.
Exigences :
- 1+ année d’expérience dans un domaine connexe.
- Orienté vers le service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à soulever des caisses.
- Attitudes et comportements professionnels tels que : travail d’équipe, autonomie, dynamisme, honnêteté, polyvalence, précision.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et communicationnelles en français.
- Doit avoir 18 ans et plus.
