Job opportunity for a Registered Architect with well known firm in Victoria *Hybrid and 4 day work week!*

They are a full service architectural firm and pride themselves on the relationships they have built in the industry.
Your new roleWorking alongside professionals with incredible depth and breadth of project experience in the areas of multi-family residential, institutional, commercial, industrial, recreation & hospitality, mixed-use, seniors living as well as healthcare, you will have the ability to work on a variety of projects as well as mentor and lead teams.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to move into a partner position down the road.
What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of Canadian experience. Architecture degree from an accredited post-secondary institution, either registered or eligible to be registered with the AIBC.
Management of teams as well as project management required. You will have strong skills with Revit as well as familiarity and working knowledge of 2D & 3D software, SketchUp, Microsoft Word Suite and Adobe Suite.
The successful candidate will also have strong client facing experience as well as dealing with contractors and consultants.
The successful candidate will have experience on all aspects of the project including construction admin. You will also have experience working with wood, steel, and concrete projects.
