We are looking for a Senior ERP System Analyst (MS Dynamics) for a current opportunity with a Federal Government department.
The candidate must already possess a security clearance at the Secret level (Level II) or higher.
About the Project
The client requires a system analyst to work on an existing MS Dynamics 365 platform.
About the Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues as they arise during the integration and migration processes in Dynamics, PowerPages and external interfaces;
- Writing custom Liquid, Javascript and HTML / CSS;
- Actively develop content in PowerApps / Power Pages / Power Platform / Dataverse / APIs and Azure;
- Retrieving data using FetchXML or WebAPI from Portal to CRM (asset);
- Complex workflows and Power Automate Flows;
- Actively do CRM Cloud Migration from on-premises and actively do deployment;
- Oversee the work of other programmer analysts in a team leadership role;
- Status and report the progress of the team through various iterations of development;
- Configure / build case management system(s) using MS Dynamics 365 v9 Saas edition;
- Develop technical specifications for D365 systems development, design and implementation;
- Recommend technical specifications for D365 systems development, design and implementation;
- Contribute to architecture and implementation reviews;
- Collaborate on project management artifacts such as Work Breakdown structures and Project Plans;
- Perform code reviews;
- Perform System performance tuning;
- Attend and participate in design focus groups to map Product Owner requirements into System Requirements;
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to and from internal resources as needed;
- Support Release Management Processes;
- Support Continuous Development / Continuous Integration processes.
About the Qualifications
Must have experience in the following to be considered :
- PowerApps Portal / PowerPages current experience,
- Custom code Liquid, Javascript, and JQuery
- Experience with public company with large number of front-end users ie Portal (and sizeable number of backend users).
- At least 7 years of experience configuring and designing specifications for MS Dynamics CRM for enterprise-scale CRM projects (systems that have over 100 users and perform over 5000 transactions a day) in a leadership role.
- Experience integrating MS Dynamics CRM with web-facing applications.
