LG Regional Field Sales Representative- GTA
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients at the retail level.
- Cultivate robust relationships with retailers to enhance brand advocacy.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives.
- Conduct scheduled training sessions on a weekly basis.
- Assist in securing prime retail locations for product placement.
- Collect market analysis data and report on product perception trends.
- Plan and execute training and launch meetings to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.
- Offer sales support and product consultation to retailers as needed.
- Monitor merchandise stock levels and report on demand fluctuations.
- Support marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points.
- Address issues affecting brand integrity and presence.
- Provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager and LG.
- Assist in go-to-market planning and field promotional activities.
- Set up promotional materials and support dealers through incentive events and programs.
- Offer strategic input to leverage the client brand.
- Develop a sales plan to optimize sales performance within each retailer.
Requirements :
- Fluent in both written and verbal English.
- Proficient in the home appliance industry (essential).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in selling home appliances.
- Experience in territory management.
- Post-secondary degree / diploma in a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Track record of successfully training and motivating sales teams to surpass performance objectives.
- Ability to travel within the market.
