The Opportunity

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Packaging Design & Development Coordinator to help bring exciting new products to life. From first concept to launch, you’ll play a key role in making sure our packaging wows customers, works seamlessly on the line, and reflects the Dainty Foods standard of excellence. The primary focus of this position is to drive Packaging Innovation to enable our Sales and Supply Chain Team to deliver their New Product launch plans.

What You’ll Do

• Lead packaging design for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging
• Support trials, testing, scale-up, and new product launches
• Manage artwork reviews, approvals, dielines, and print-ready files
• Develop and maintain packaging specifications for internal teams and co-packers
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners to drive success
• Explore new packaging technologies and suppliers to support innovation
• Keep clear, organized documentation from ideation to post-launch
• Ensure packaging quality and consistency, initiating corrective actions when needed
