Job Title : Journeyman Millwright

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Journeyman Millwright to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. This role requires a keen eye for troubleshooting equipment, executing complex corrective and preventive maintenance, and optimizing work order planning.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Execute complex corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Optimize work order planning to enhance efficiency.
• Drive improvements in work order effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, reports, and inventory records.
• Contribute to best practices across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.

Work Environment

The work involves continuous standing or walking, regular lifting or handling of moderate weight materials, and repetitive tasks. Shifts rotate between mornings, afternoons, and nights, with optional overtime depending on operational demands.
