Responsibilities

• Build a new Payments Enablement team from the ground up, driving higher enablement and activation rates for Clio Payments.
• Remain deeply hands‑on : step in on production‑level, high technical impact work when needed.
• Collaborate with your team on designing technical solutions and giving strong feedback on code reviews and architecture documents.
• Actively contribute code, participate in code reviews, and ship code as a contributor.
• Hold regular 1 : 1 meetings with direct reports to support their career growth and development goals.
• Participate in hiring to grow the engineering team at Clio.
• Review code contributed by team members or other Clio developers seeking expertise on given technologies or patterns.

Expected salary range : $172,000 to $215,000 to $258,000 CAD. Salary bands are designed to reflect skills and experience needed for the position.
