Reporting Relationship : This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.
Job Summary :
The Assistant Parts Manager works closely with the parts team and is responsible for the day-to-day production within the parts department. The successful candidate will ensure the parts division runs smoothly and achieves optimal profitability while interacting with internal and external customers. This position will assist in adequately allocating dealership resources, parts inventories and purchasing, staff management, pricing, and overall customer satisfaction. Hiring, training, and motivating all parts department staff will be a significant focus in this role.
