Program : Post Concussion Management Program (PCMP) Hours : Part Time to Full Time Job Summary : Evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services Vestibular rehabilitation assessment and treatment Orthopaedic injury assessment and treatment Chronic pain education and treatment strategies Exercise prescription and progression Group education and exercise circuits Making physician referrals and monitoring adherence to medical recommendations Balance and mobility training for clients with concussion / head injuries.
Formal report writing, participation in team meetings, and in person and telephone communication with stakeholders / referral sources The Physiotherapist will work in a team that includes Occupational Therapists, Neuropsychologists / Counselors, Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapists, Physicians, and Kinesiologists.
