About Our Client : Our client is a leading luxury hospitality group with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
Known for their attention to detail and innovative approach, they are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Director of Marketing to spearhead their marketing initiatives.
Job Summary : Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Director of Marketing will lead the marketing department, creating and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth with a customer-centric approach.
This role requires a leader with experience in all aspects of marketing, from digital to traditional platforms, while maintaining budgetary accountability.
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent
Location : On-Site in Niagara Corporate Office
Compensation : Competitive base salary + incentive plan + RRSP + health benefits
Your Day to Day will include :
- Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies for the properties' hotels, spas, and restaurants.
- Manage the annual marketing plan and budget and produce effective strategies that connect marketing activities to sales revenue.
- Ability to react to a dynamic marketplace, understand, and respond to consumers' emotions and needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Execution & Management :
- Lead digital, print, radio, TV (linear and streaming), and social media marketing efforts.
- Manage the marketing department team.
- Oversee social media content creation and ambassador activities.
- Write radio scripts, and develop video & television story boards. Oversee the day -of activities with a hands-on approach.
- Manage marketing material production.
- Manage SEO, Web Design and Graphic Designer partners.
- Public Relations & Partnerships :
- Write press releases and initiate media events.
- Hands-on leadership during media visits and interviews.
- Act as Promotional Director for company events.
What We’re Looking For :
- Proven marketing leadership with at least 8-10 years of experience.
- Must have expertise across digital, radio, TV (linear and streaming).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Experience working for a full-service Marketing Agency is a plus.
