Job Description

Ben Machine Products is a Canadian leader in defence and aerospace manufacturing. Founded in 1973, we have a strong, vibrant workforce of over 90 people. Our services include sophisticated 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining, CNC turning, precision sheet metal fabrication, mechanical sub-assembly and various finishing services. Documentation and Shipping Clerk

Shifts : 1 Available - Day Shift

Compensation : DOE

Responsibilities :

reviewing, completing and filing internal work orders and paperwork
preparing, filing and reporting on shipping documents
preparing and maintaining expedite reports
interacting with customers for shipping requirements
working with other members of the shipping and administrative team and arranging for and tracking shipments
Track and trace shipments as required.
All other duties as assigned.

Experience :

English language proficiency required.

2+ years' experience required.

Customs knowledge

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics

Certificate of qualification, college degree or other training an asset.

Previous aerospace experience preferred.

Previous jobbing shop experience preferred

Worked with Canada Custom Documents
