Work hours : Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours / week)

We are now looking for a Data Engineer to help build and scale our data foundation for the future. This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping technical design and data architecture, with meaningful autonomy and influence as we continue to grow our enterprise data capabilities.

WHAT’S THE BIG IDEA?

As our Data Engineer , you will build and maintain the data pipelines, models, and dashboards that keep the business running on clean, trusted data. You’ll use Microsoft Fabric, dbt, and Power BI to turn raw information into analytics-ready insights, while keeping data quality, governance, and reliability front and centre.

You’ll partner with teams across the business to automate manual processes, eliminate data headaches, and deliver clear, business-friendly insights people actually want to use. If you enjoy clean code, smart automation, and making data work for people (not the other way around), this role will feel right at home.

Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Modeling (60%) :

• Design, build and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and maintain medallion data layers using dbt to create clean, reliable, analytics-ready datasets.
• Build reverse ETL pipelines to synchronize curated data back into operational systems to ensure consistency across the business.
• Execute on Data Governance guidelines by creating extensive data quality tests, proactive monitoring and recovery procedures to ensure data and pipeline reliability and stakeholder trust.

Automation & Process Improvement (20%) :
