We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Special Projects - 15 Month Contract (reporting to VP, Business Development) to join our growing company!

Job Description

21 Camden Street, Toronto

In this role you will :

  • Lead and manage complex projects that are outside of the scope of everyday operations
  • Engage in stakeholder management at all levels within the company and manage budgets
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to facilitate launch and managing of projects, partnership initiatives, products, etc
  • Develop, maintain & report out key performance metrics while ensuring learnings are integrated into the roadmap workflow
  • Monitor sales, analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), visits, conversion rate, ROI, cost analysis etc..
  • Provide insights based on daily and monthly sales data
  • Report trends and results to senior management, effectively make recommendations and implement changes where applicable and prepare management presentation decks

Qualifications

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see :

  • University or College degree in Business, Commerce or related discipline
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience of retail strategy and / or management consulting with the retail sector; demonstrated experience working with and leading project teams as well as delivering initiatives across multiple departments
  • Self-starter with exceptional project management, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Ability to influence and work with ambiguity and complexity in a detailed, organized way
  • Strong analytical skills and using data to make informative decisions
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
