We are looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team!

The Recruitment Coordinators primary objective is to support the broader Kindred Home Care team by ensuring we have enough applicants and new hires to sustain consistent growth.

Your primary responsibility will involve handling a substantial volume of job applications and conducting numerous preliminary screenings and interviews on a weekly basis.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to recruit frontline employees.
  • Communicate with hiring managers weekly to assess capacity needs.
  • Prescreen and interview a high volume of job applicants weekly.
  • Attend job fairs and community events to promote job opportunities.
  • Analyze hiring trends and develop strategies to maintain an effective recruitment approach.
  • Identify areas to improve efficiency and enhance candidate experience.
  • Update job postings on various hiring platforms.
  • Respond to all internal and external recruitment inquiries promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • 2+ years previous experience in HR administration and / or Recruitment
  • Fluent in both French and English is required
  • Previous experience in healthcare considered an asset
  • Comfort with Technology & repetitive work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work from home with minimal supervision
  • Positive, flexible and Reliable
