In anticipation of future needs Robert Half is currently seeking Payroll Administrators throughout the Calgary region.

As a Payroll Administrator your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

• Processing payroll
• Organizing and reviewing expense reports
• Assisting in new hire and termination request
• Receiving and processing invoices
• Posting and reconciling entries
• Maintaining employee records
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

A successful Payroll Administrator will possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting role
• Bilingual English and Japanese
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-Starter
• Comfortable working independently
• Available to start immediately
