Responsibilities :
- Leadand mentor a collaborative Scrum team of Ruby on Railsdevelopers
- Encourage and facilitatecommunication and collaboration within theteam
- Participate in project planning includingestimating the work setting priorities and defininggoals
- Communicate project status to partnersand team members
- Participate in the fullsoftware development life cycle from requirements analysis anddesign to maintenance for BIM360 Account and ProjectAdmin
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams todesign and ship new features
- Facilitate Scrumevents and support the team in following Agileprinciples
- Review code maintain code qualityand ensure the responsiveness ofapplications
MinimumRequirements :
- BSc / MScdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field orequivalent experience
- 7 years of experience asa Ruby on Rails developer
- Experience as a teamlead managed ROR developers
- Experience withproject planning and statusreporting
- Experience with objectorientedprogramming
- Experience with the syntax of Rubyand its nuances
- Familiarity with concepts ofMVC Mocking ORM RESTful and OAuth
- Experiencewriting clean readable Ruby code
- Understandingof fundamental design principles behind a scalableapplication
- Implement automated testingplatforms and unit tests
- Experience with codeversioning tools (such as Git)
- Familiarity withdevelopmentaiding tools (such as Bower Bundler Rakeetc)
- Experience with PostgreSQL JavaScript CSSandAWS
