  • Supporting the senior sales advisor.
  • Following up with prospects.
  • Welcoming potential clients.
  • Explaining different packages, their functionalities, and benefits, and helping clients choose a package suitable for their needs.
  • Providing quality service and efficiently responding to inquiries (phone, email, messaging).
  • Negotiating price agreements and obtaining approval from the president.
  • Completing the necessary rental documents.
  • Developing new sales and communication strategies to reach prospects, contribute to business development, and enhance our visibility.
  • Monitoring the renewal of agreements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to current tenants.
  • Collaborating with various departments within the company.
  • Any other related tasks to support the work team.
