Description de posteSupporting the senior sales advisor. Following up with prospects. Welcoming potential clients. Explaining different packages, their functionalities, and benefits, and helping clients choose a package suitable for their needs. Providing quality service and efficiently responding to inquiries (phone, email, messaging). Negotiating price agreements and obtaining approval from the president. Completing the necessary rental documents. Developing new sales and communication strategies to reach prospects, contribute to business development, and enhance our visibility. Monitoring the renewal of agreements. Providing exceptional customer service to current tenants. Collaborating with various departments within the company. Any other related tasks to support the work team.

- You are creative, self-motivated, and possess customer service skills.
- You have experience in sales or leasing related to the real estate industry.
- You have a strong business sense.
- You have excellent proficiency in both French and English.
- You are flexible with your schedule.
- You excel in interpersonal communication.
