The responsibilities associated with the position include :
- Supporting the senior sales advisor.
- Following up with prospects.
- Welcoming potential clients.
- Explaining different packages, their functionalities, and benefits, and helping clients choose a package suitable for their needs.
- Providing quality service and efficiently responding to inquiries (phone, email, messaging).
- Negotiating price agreements and obtaining approval from the president.
- Completing the necessary rental documents.
- Developing new sales and communication strategies to reach prospects, contribute to business development, and enhance our visibility.
- Monitoring the renewal of agreements.
- Providing exceptional customer service to current tenants.
- Collaborating with various departments within the company.
- Any other related tasks to support the work team.
