We are looking for unique and driven students to be a part of our Next Generation Leaders (NGL) summer internship program. Responsibilities :

  • Working with the Global Logistics team, assist in documenting SOPs and instructions for work methods used with freight forwarders, 3PLs and carriers
  • Support the team of Global Logistics Specialists with the verification of transport invoices, data entries in SAP and communication between suppliers and PMS
  • Work closely with the Director of Global Logistics and Distribution, the Global Logistics specialists, transportation and logistics service providers (3PL), finance and supply chain teams
  • Use Tableau, Power BI and Excel, as well as TMS and ERP (SAP) systems to help design better information flow
  • Support documentation of changes with QA teams

Skills, knowledge and abilities :

  • Well organized and good management of priorities
  • Team player
  • Autonomous with leadership skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills in French
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and especially in Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau

    Here are the eligibility criteria and documents required for the NGL program :

  • You must have at least completed 2 years of your university schooling by the summer of 2025
  • Be available full time from May 5th until August 15th for your internship
  • You must include in ONE (1) document the following :
  • Your CV (maximum 2 pages) - Please indicate your expected graduation date.
  • Transcript (official or unofficial)
  • Answers to the following questions instead of a cover letter, to be submitted via our application platform :
  • a) During your experience at university, describe a time when you demonstrated your leadership

    skills

    b) Give an example of a situation where you had to prioritize the goals of your team rather than

    your personal goals

    c) Please indicate if you are part of a credited internship program

    Here is a glimpse into the typical week of an NGL :

    Mondays to Thursdays : You will be working in your respective department related to your field of study.

    Fridays : You will be assigned to a corporate project developed by senior management on which you will work with other NGLs and present it at the end of your internship to our executive team.
