You'll be given the opportunity to work in a playful industry while being encouraged to let your creativity shine. Your Role : As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the social media strategy for your portfolio of brands. This role involves creating engaging content, managing content calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement. Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Content Calendar Management : Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple platforms, includingInstagram, TikTok, and FacebookSchedule and publish content in alignment with the overall marketing strategy
  • Content Creation : Create high-quality, engaging content, including videos, photos, and written posts tailored to each social media platformWrite compelling captions and on-screen copy for video assetsBeing comfortable in front of the camera to create video content and engage with the audience is an asset
  • Community Engagement : Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster a vibrant online communityRespond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Influencer Marketing : Conduct research to identify potential influencers aligned with our brands and target audiencesExecute outreach campaigns to establish and nurture relationships with influencersDevelop creative and compelling influencer marketing campaigns to meet specific marketing objectivesCoordinate the logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, timelines, and deliverables
  • Performance Analysis : Track and report on social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaignsUse data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement and reach
  • Trend Analysis : Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practicesPropose innovative ideas to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing and sales goalsCollaborate with other departments and teammates to brainstorm ideas, map out content, build 360-degree campaigns, and ensure brand consistency What we're looking for :
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation;
  • An excellent level in English is necessary to communicate with external partners;
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital media;
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) andtools (Sprout, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite);
  • Ability to own and understand metrics and communicate findings internally;
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time-management skills;
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
