Overview :

Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Calgary Office is recruiting a Senior Analyst to join the Operations Financial Services group, which supports the Operations Business Division including Pipelines and Facilities (the Division ).

This is a 12-month term position which reports to the Manager, Operations Finance.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to :

  • Tracking key performance indicators of the Operations Business Division;
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Planning group and evaluating the Division’s operating results against Corporate targets;
  • Collaborating with Business Units to understand key drivers impacting the Division’s financial performance;
  • Supporting routine and ad-hoc financial analysis to support Senior Operations leadership;
  • Supporting efforts for consistency of reporting, including Long-range Plan and Budget, across Business Units within the Division;
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Participate and support an equitable, diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in similar or related roles;
  • Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Bus. Admin or related discipline); Professional designation (CPA, CFA or related);
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;
  • Effective communication, organization, and team building skills;
  • Motivated self-starter who performs well independently and within a team environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask;
  • Experience in oil and gas and specifically midstream / pipeline industry considered an asset;
  • Experience with SAP, including SAP Analysis for Office ( AO ) and Business Planning and Consolidation ( BPC Analyzer), considered an asset.

The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. Final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.
