Engineering Process Analyst - Co-op

Position Description

You will be a key part of PanisCustomer Experience Team. Working closely with our ApplicationsEngineer team of software developers and subject matter experts youwill deliver specialized engineering software to a diverse group ofinternational customers.

You will be responsible for gathering andanalyzing telemetry data and treatment plant data to build digitalrepresentations of plant processes and components.

The team is acombination of people based in our office in Victoria BC and aremote distributed team across North America and the MiddleEast.

Whatyou bring to the team

Workingtowards a degree or diploma in a technical field such as chemicalprocess or environmental engineering environmental technology orequivalent

Demonstrated ability to learn andapply engineering concepts quickly

Demonstratedability to learn new software quickly

Excellentattention to detail and analytical skills

Analytical and processoriented mindset

Eager tobe an integral part of a fastpaced team

Competent with MS Office Suite especially Excel

Basic understanding of programmingprinciples.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret P&IDs process flow diagrams and datasheetof equipment (pumps blowers sensors etc.)

Understand the design and control of water treatment plants andprocesses and apply this knowledge to onboard new treatment plantsinto the Pani Platform

Work with applicationsengineer to understand treatment facilities and their pain pointsand identify Pani software features that can be deployed to thecustomer

Use Panis toolbox to configure softwarefeatures at specific water treatment plants

Participate in QA / QC processes during CustomerOnboarding

Work with the engineering andsoftware development teams to develop and improve internalonboarding tools to make the onboarding process moreefficient

Nice toHave

Experience in the water industry ideally in water / wastewatertreatment or experience with membrane processes.

Experience working for a SaaSstartup

Experience analyzing timeseries datafrom telemetrysystems
