- 12 hour shifts on a rotation 5 / 4 schedule

Working collaboratively at all levels of the organization as a member of Certarus’ high-performing logistics teamMonitoring customer gas consumption rates using a SCADA system and dispatching loads to replenish inventory based on gas consumption rates and gas volume available on siteMaking informed decisions using technology platforms such as SCADA, fleet GPS monitoring (Samsara), electronic logbooks, and other fleet management softwareQuickly and accurately action information received from multiple sourcesEffective utilization of trucking resources while planning and dispatching gas deliveries within the assigned territoryFocus on transportation efficiency by proactively planning cost-effective gas deliveriesResponsible for the accurate approval of internal and third-party trucking ticketsServing as the primary point of contact for internal and third-party truck driversBuilding and managing respectful and productive relationships with drivers and field operationsRequirements
5-10+ years in logistics, dispatch, transportation or a combination of transferable skills and experiencePrevious experience in oilfield or transportation dispatchingAdvanced computer proficiency required; candidates with experience in automated monitoring systems such as SCADA and digital dispatching systems (Samsara) as well as MS ExcelHighly developed communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
