Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to translate partner needs into solution requirements.
Overall accountability of ensuring partner and HCC needs are accurately reflected in solution design and deliverables for launch.
Main liaison with partner throughout the implementation process to ensure they are up-to-date on progress and any issues.
Develop and maintain exceptional partner relationships.
Ensure an ongoing understanding of partner needs, goals, and objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for key partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Address any partner challenges, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth collaboration between our partners and all HCC teams.
Strong financial acumen and budget management
Support CSMO on Partner Program financial modelling and negotiations throughout the initial agreement stage.
Develop and manage annual partner program budgets.
Ensure programs are on budget and profitable.
Monitor and track program financial performance.
Experience preparing business cases and financial scenario analysis to support program enhancements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
5-10+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or partnership roles.
Demonstrated success in prospecting, outreach, and relationship building at senior levels (VPs, founders, product heads, etc.)
Proven experience developing and securing key national partnerships with complex B2B digital-first solutions.
Proven track record of managing and successfully growing key strategic programs on either client or agency side.
Insurance sector experience preferred.
Experience and proficiency of digital-first programs.
Experience leading key accounts for a minimum of 3-5 years at a Senior Manager / Director level.
Minimum 10 years experience in progressive roles.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in exceptional partner relationship-building / account management and negotiation for large national companies and organizations.
Thought leadership of digital-first programs and platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
