We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Account Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and French, both written and verbal, as well as a strong ability to multitask. Responsibilities will include managing soccer team and club accounts, providing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with production and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, highly organized, efficient, have experience in customer service or account management and have a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide quotations and manage customer accounts while ensuring their satisfaction with our services and products
Process orders and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and needs are met
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer loyalty
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
Process and enter all order in our software system
Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and account activity

QUALIFICATIONS :

University degree (Bachelor's degree) in sales, administration, marketing or other relevant field

2+ years of experience in customer service or account management

Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both written and verbal

Highly organized and efficient

Great interpersonal skills and a passion for customer satisfaction

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Basic knowledge and passion for sports, particularly in the clothing and equipment industry (an asset)
