We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Account Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and French, both written and verbal, as well as a strong ability to multitask. Responsibilities will include managing soccer team and club accounts, providing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with production and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, highly organized, efficient, have experience in customer service or account management and have a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide quotations and manage customer accounts while ensuring their satisfaction with our services and products
  • Process orders and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and needs are met
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer loyalty
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Process and enter all order in our software system
  • Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and account activity

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • University degree (Bachelor's degree) in sales, administration, marketing or other relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Great interpersonal skills and a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge and passion for sports, particularly in the clothing and equipment industry (an asset)
