What You Would Do In This Role

The Instrumentation & Control Engineering Manager ensures effective execution of departmental strategies, budgets, and schedules, fostering collaboration between engineering and design teams. Key responsibilities include :

Forecasting and Resource Management :

• Develop and maintain department forecasts, ensuring discipline leads update project / program forecasts weekly to align with Project / Program Manager demands
• Communicate changes to work plans and resourcing needs through change management to project stakeholders

Leadership and Supervision :
