Program Architect

In this role you will be responsible for architectural leadership with a focus on executing initiatives in an exciting and strategic program of work. The ERP program is a finance and supply chain focused program to our newly selected enterprise system(Oracle Fusion).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a visible champion of core values, actively engaging with digital teams and business partners to drive results.
• Support enterprise-wide transformation across Corporate, Midstream, and Utilities by leveraging technology to accelerate value delivery.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, guardrails, governance, and alignment with service providers and internal teams.
• Ensure integration and technical designs align with enterprise strategy and business requirements.
• Own key architecture decisions, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across the program and broader enterprise.
• Partner with delivery and technical leaders to prioritize business needs and manage demand within resource constraints.
• Lead technical work for boundary applications, collaborating with vendors, managed services, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, strengthening the program’s overall digital risk posture.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
• Ensure architecture documentation is created and maintained to support delivery and long-term support.
