IT Coordinator
Working with the Director of Operations, Functional Managers, and System Users, responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of management information systems and divisional support software / hardware.
RESULTS :
IT systems that satisfy all ISO / IATF 16949, Government, Customer, Corporate, and Departmental requirements
Ensure all software licensing is compliant.
Year over Year improvements in Divisional Infrastructure / Operating efficiency for :
Administration Department : Accounting, HR, Purchasing, Distribution, other as required
Operational Departments; Quality, Manufacturing, Operations Engineering, Facilities
Support Departments : Development Engineering
Up to database administration for all common network infrastructure software
Your responsibilities will be to :
Monitor, track NT server’s system availability
Research and download technical bulletins, patches and drivers to maintain stable system configuration levels.
Install, troubleshoot and support Windows NT and Windows 2000 operating systems.
Install, troubleshoot and support network equipment and software including network database applications.
Provide end-user support / training as required.
Source / Purchase hardware / software
Install / upgrade new user machines including the loading and configuration of software.
Maintain / troubleshoot complete Network backup process.
Monitor and maintain virus protection plan.
Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
Oversee EDI functionality for division.
Maintain, or oversee the delegation of, user security for all network software.
Maintain customer-labeling standards as per AIAG.
Develop and maintain departmental worksheets.
Assist Departments / HR in defining Software / Hardware Training Requirements
Monitor and Ensure compliance with customer required software / business to business applications including reports to management on resource requirements and training
Work in compliance with Stackpole FPS Quality, Safety & Environmental Systems
And other duties, as assigned
Our requirements :
Degree in business or computer related studies or appropriate combination of education & relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of computers
Excellent communication, liaison and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
