Automation Technician (Day Shift)

Overview

Working as an Automation Technician you will be reporting to our Maintenance Team, a group of Skilled Trade professionals. You will play a vital role in supporting production within our Just-In-Time lean manufacturing environment. We are looking for hands-on problem solvers who are safety oriented - believe in teamwork and continuous improvement. Here at TG Minto we want you to grow and help us think bigger!

You will be working to maintain our current operating systems and improve our recovery times. Your contribution is valuable and we want to hear your innovative ideas to help pave the way to future success. Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation ranging from $28.08 - $39.52 based on experience.
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• RRSP Contributions with 3% matching
• All Tools and Equipment required are Company Provided
• Straight Shift (no rotation)
