About The Role

We are seeking highly skilled Full‑Stack Engineers to contribute to a cross‑functional team building transformative AI agents for HR & Finance. This role is crucial in implementing tooling strategies, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring our AI‑driven solutions integrate effectively within the Workday stack. Your technical contributions and team‑first attitude will play a key role in delivering high‑impact products that scale our AI capabilities and help global organizations simplify complex business processes.

You will :

• Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver AI‑powered agents that integrate deeply into HR and Financial workflows, accelerating intelligent decision making.
• Participate in a supportive, iterative team culture that values curiosity, learning, and strong engineering practices.
• Contribute to the growth and success of your teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
• Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform — from development to production (“you build it, you run it”).

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role‑specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location and Pay Range

Primary Location : Vancouver, BC, Canada. Base Pay Range : $106,400 CAD – $159,600 CAD.
